But such a place is Vatican City, which has been recognized as the smallest country in the world, there is no hospital in this country and not a single child has been born there in 96 years.

The answer to this question lies in the religious significance of the country, the country was formed on February 11, 1929, Vatican City is the spiritual and administrative headquarters of the Catholic Church where all religious leaders, including priests, reside.
Despite numerous requests for a hospital, no hospital has been built in Vatican City to date, and those who are sick or pregnant are sent to hospitals in Rome, a short distance away.
Why wasn't a hospital built?
The absence of a hospital across the country could also be due to the small size of Vatican City, which covers only 118 acres. Due to the lack of a delivery room in the country, no babies have been born here for almost a century.

Interestingly, Vatican City is also home to the world's smallest railway station, built during the reign of Pope Pius XI, with two 300-meter-long tracks used only for cargo transport.

Additionally, there are no births in Antarctica because the area is protected for scientific research.
