It may be recalled that the opposition Ittehad-e-Pakistan Democratic Movement (PDM) staged a protest in front of the Election Commission office in Islamabad today against the delay in deciding the foreign funding case against the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Islami (PTI). Maryam Nawaz left to attend.
Maryam Nawaz has left Murree for Islamabad. She will first reach the residence of PDM chief Maulana Fazlur Rehman.
PDM leader Maulana Fazlur Rehman will gather at his residence and leave for Shahra Dastur together under his leadership.
Meanwhile, activists of political parties in the PDM started arriving outside the Election Commission to protest.
